Road to Brighton - meeting kiteworlds

DAY 31
After 3 days in one place, which was quite unique not to drive everyday,  we have packed ourselves into the campers and headed towards Brighton, another famous resort in the South of England. The distance of 3 hours drive wasn't that far, especially that at half way we stopped to visit our shop in Bracklesham. There we met the local crew and our Rabbit friends already waiting for us. After some cool time with Bracklesham Board Riders with whom we tour-traditionally spoke about gear, life and Universe we jumped into vans and aimed towards Brighton, to lodge into the hotel and eventually meet our friends from Kiteworld. As the parking place in front of our hotel was too small to fit 2 huge campers, we needed to split. One van, a bit illegally, entered a nice park on the other side of the street and found some mellow shady spot in order to be close to its owners and second one kidnapped Winky and Ben and forced them to be parked in the garden of Kiteworld`s boss. Luckily Rob Darling came out to be one of the coolest Bosses ever and together with his charming wife they invited tired travelers into their own garden and took care of them. Big Mahalo to Jim, the editor of Kitworld, for arranging this Brighton stop and having real good spirit plus enough of patience to deal with all the parking drama.

Once everybody was refreshed we went out to visit pubs of Brighton and finally spend some time with Kiteworld crew. Super friendly taxi driver who came straight from Egypt to work here had a big difficulty with finding a pub where we had the appointment but in the end we made it. It was real fun evening with lots nuclear energy in the air and ultra positive vibe. Lots of beer drinking, walking, joking and basically getting to really know each other with the great Kiteworld team, as most of us knew them only from emails and online work. It is good to really meet the guys from the other side of the wire with whom you meet so often in the virtual world. And what is even more cool its sick to know they are super fun dudes!
