We were on the road again, heading for Poole this time, where we were to meet with S2AS. After 7 hours of non-stop driving, we finally arrived! :) And good news! At last we had wind! :)
After a short get-to-know meeting with Justin (S2AS Manager) we all decided to jump in the water and do some rabbit ... testing :) The spot was really nice, with a lot of milion dolar yachts! We heard it`s the most expensive place in UK, if not all of Europe. It's a pretty shallow spot- a paradise for begginers. Don`t get me wrong though.. we had a lot of fun ourselves, kiting with Justin and Angelo.
Unfortunatelly, the next day - zero wind! But Angelo had a surprise for us - wakeboarding at 6.30AM!....you can imagine how happy we were about the wake up time J. Like in Conwy few days ago, we were wakeboarding for breakfast! Its better than scrambled eggs :)
The motorboat was siiiiick (super air nautique)! The same as in Wakeboard World Championships! We had a really good time, even better when we watched Mark try to do a backroll!! :) We were laughing like crazy!! :)) His original sequence is mad- just thinking about it now makes me laugh!
While doing the Tantrum to blind, Niccolo hurt his foot. It probably wasnt the best idea since it was his first time on a wakeboard, but after Mark's dedication he couldn't be worse.right? J
I did a little railey.. maybe not the best, but I landed and avoided eating sh..t, or fish for breakfast. We will remember this session for a long, long time :)
The afternoon also wasn't windy so we were catching up a bit on work. We chose some good photos so Ben could finally work on the next Rabbit Gang movie.
Next day we tested our equipment with local riders, everybody was stoked as usual. Then we rode on the seaside a bit. This time I twisted my ankle while doing a stupid little trick! Well., shit happens, it could be worse...But now, we (Niccolo and I) need to watch other riding.
That's when you realize how cool it is just to feel good and be ready for a great session.
England was really nice, but we had to move on to our next stop- St. Malo. We took a ferry and went back to France.
Ben spent the whole night in the ferry restaurant, ending the video from Holland. It's not easy making all these videos in the Rabbit Gang camper! :)
