6 stops in 1 week, ITALY

It's been 5 weeks now since we started the Tour, time flies when you're constantly doing something, so it feels like it's only been 2 weeks.

Again, we were in a hurry to get to Italy on time, so we drove all night with Ben, while the other rabbits were sleeping quietly.
We arrived to Rome early afternoon, and met up with Sergio and Luigi right away. These guys are our Italian distributors, they took really good care of us all week. We will long remember the great Italian food we ate. They are funny and relaxed, but at the same time professional.
We had an excellent week with them, everyday we went to a new spot with them, we didn't know that some of these wonderful places even existed.

In Rome we had very light wind, but still ok for Big mama. Afterwards we had a welcome party with the boys there ( shop SPORT e COMPANY). We had a huge dinner - square meter pizzas and other stuff as well. The Italian way of life is quite fantastic, the dimensions there are different.
Next day we moved to the Adriatic Coast to RICCIONE (shop SURF PARADISE) with another light windy day, and another excellent food party organized for us on the beach!!
Next we drove to another spot, a little more north to CERVIA (shop FLAME). It was funny, when we asked Sergio how long we had to drive to the next spot. He would always say" o it's about an hour or hour and half", and then after 4 hours driving to SOTO MARINA (shop RADICAL SPOT), we would get to the spot. But he was right, I guess, otherwise we wouldn't have the courage to moved so much? It was worth it, especially seeing the Italian lakes, which are very nice.
The first one we went to was "Santa Croce", we tried to kite there. The wind was up and down playing with us, when we put our wetsuits on, the wind would die, when we took them off, it would pick up again. The wind was playing tricks on us! Only Gabriel, our little Junior Italian champ- 40kg, was able to ride the Boss. We didn't mind though, we had a beautiful day and the food was so awesome again, that we weren't even thinking about the wind.

We met a lot of nice people, among them "Josef" he has a school on the Lake "Snowfly". We had a good party there, thanks to him. After 5 coffees, I took charge of the camper and took the road to Lac de Garda, but only for 2 or 3 hours, then we slept at a gas station. Next day, it took us another 1h30mn (Sergio's time) to get to Lac de Garde. Lac de Garde works with North wind in the morning (strong) and South in the afternoon. We missed the morning session because of traffic (thanks to a girl that decide to stop in the middle of the higway), and we arrived there around 12 pm. The wind died when we arrived, so we just swam and ... went to eat? Thank goodness we were here only one week, otherwise our weight would be in danger. The next day was our last day of the trip, another lake (LAKE OF COMO), but not really windy. Angelo (shop MORGAN) from the shop treated us like kings, like all Italian shops. I would like to give a special thanks to all of them, they were really incredible.

Niccolo had his flight at 8pm, I have my train the next day, which is actually right now, I am writing the news on my way back home. I already miss the Rabbit Gang, and I am pretty sure the other members feel the same. But we were all a little tired after these 6 weeks of the non-stop tour. We drove around 10 000 Km, and the camper must be even more exhausted than us. Guys we had fun, this tour was sick, and we can't wait to do it again, next year, probably even bigger and better!
Big thanks to everybody we met and took care of us on the trip. All the good vibes made the trip a success.
A big thanks to the Wind also. It was with us almost throughout the whole trip. BYE!!!
