After the traditional and amazing winter spent in Hawaii it was time for Bertrand to hit the road again and head towards his hometown.
But the question is: where exactly is Bert's home? ...or maybe lets put it this way: where is Bert kiting usually when he is in his motherland, France….?
"Hossegor, located on the French west coast is well known for its great surf. It is one of the stops for the WCT tour, so it is safe to say that you can find some of the best waves in Europe here. Although the swell last week wasn’t super big, we were lucky to get some wind and scored some really sick kiting sessions. With a variety of waves all along the coast, you can find countless beach breaks with no one around. The waves are perfect for riding strapless on the Gambler surfboard. Together with my friend, Philippe Alengrin, of course a Rabbit rider as well, we have already had several great sessions together since my arrival in France. Check out Philippe (the guy with the beard in the picture ;)) charging in Indo on the video he just published on the Gangspace.
