Regulations

I. General Rules

1. The below written Rules and Regulations are the sole document regulating the usage of the Rabbit Gang Space Photo Gallery.
2. The Rabbit Gang Space Photo Gallery, henceforth referred to as "the Gallery", is owned and operated solely by Wainman Hawaii.
3. The Gallery allows users to add and view digital or scanned images.
4. Uploading of images in the Gallery is free and open to all users.
5. To become a user you must fill out the registration form.
6. Wainman Hawaii is not responsible for:
   • the way users use the Gallery and any outcome thereof;
   • the content and keywords describing the pictures in the Gallery;
7. Wainman Hawaii has an implicit right to:
   • temporarily turn off the Gallery without any notice;
   • change and correct any info in the fields describing the images;
   • immediately remove any image, without prior warning, in an event when a user breaks any of the Rules;
   • in severe cases delete all images posted by a user which broke any of the rules;
   • discontinue the Gallery, after notifying the users on the Wainman Hawaii webpage.

II. Regulations and guidelines for submitting and showcasing photos in the Gallery.

1. Every user visiting the Wainman Hawaii Gang Space has a right to upload and view images.
2. Every user who uploads images to the Gallery states that:
   • he is the sole author of such images.
   • images were not made to order or are not subject to any contract.
   • all persons on such images have expressed consent to have their likeness published on the Internet.
3. Before getting published, all uploaded images will be verified by Wainman Hawaii Media Department to make sure they adhere to the rules and regulations.
4. The Wainman Hawaii Media department will delete all images of pornographic nature, and of similar content, and all images violating Internet and community laws regarding decency and obscenity.
5. Each user can upload a maximum of 5 images in each gallery.
6. Each user can have multiple galleries.
7. All users uploading images permit Wainman Hawaii to perform following actions:
   • save images on our server;
   • digitally alter the images to make them compliant with the service;
   • publish the images on the Internet, on the Wainman Hawaii Gallery pages;
   • use the images in any media for the purpose of promoting the Wainman Hawaii brand.
8. the images must be uploaded in JPEG format (extension jpg, or jpeg).
9. all images in the Gallery can be viewed and rated by other users.
10. all users who upload images to the Wainman Hawaii Gang Space Gallery have the right to remove them from the Gallery, by writing an email requesting removal to: gangspace@wainmanhawaii.com.

III. Voting notes

1. After you vote once, your vote will be saved and you can’t vote again for some time. People sharing the same IP address should refresh the page frequently to ensure they can vote.
2. To be eligible to win – only 20% of all votes for each Gallery can be from one IP address. That’s to ensure honest voting.

IV. Final notes

1. All matters regarding the usage of the Gallery, but not covered by these Rules will be under sole discretion of Wainman Hawaii.
2. All questions and comments about the Gallery should be addressed to gangspace@wainmanhawaii.com
3. Wainman Hawaii reserves the right to change any of the above written Rules.
